An industrial property in Ontario has been sold.
Transpark Industrial Center at 3000 – 3072 Inland Empire Blvd. sold recently for approximately $27 million, according to CBRE Group Inc.
The buyer was Rexford Industrial, a Los Angeles real estate firm that specializes in industrial properties. The seller was The Abbey Co., a real estate investment and management firm based in Ontario.
CBRE represented both parties in the negotiations.
The property, which is fully leased, is made up of four buildings that combined cover roughly 218,400 square feet. It’s on the north side of Interstate 10 near Ontario International Airport, Ontario Mills and the Ontario Convention Center.
