Michael Albanese has been named a senior associate by Avison Young.
A real estate broker for 14 years, Albanese is in charge of the company’s expansion of its multifamily group into the Inland Empire and will work out of the company’s Ontario and Las Vegas offices, according to a statement.
“We are very excited to have Michael join our team,” said Steve Nosrat, a principal with Avison Young and a member of the firm’s multifamily division. “He brings 14 years of experience in the multifamily sector, and the kind of tenacity that we’ve been searching for as we expand into new markets.”
During his career, Albanese has managed an estimated 3,500 multifamily units. Avison Young currently has about 8,000 units under construction in the Inland Empire, according to the statement.
