Aaron Anderson has been hired by Dermody Properties, a developer of logistical and other industrial properties.
A commercial real estate executive for more than 18 years, Anderson is Dermody’s vice president of development for Southern California, according to a statement released by the Irvine-based industrial developer.
Anderson is responsible for design, entitlement, budget and construction oversight of investment developments, including lease, build-to-suit and tenant improvements.
“Dermody Properties has made a tremendous impact in the region and continues to show its commitment to the community it serves,” Anderson said. “I am looking forward to joining Dermody Properties at a time of expansive growth.”
Before joining Dermody, Anderson was senior development director at Public Storage, where he helped deliver approximately 2.5 million square feet of warehouse and storage facility projects, according to the statement.
