Apple Valley revises early-person voting

Apple Valley has announced a revised schedule for its early in-person voting sites.

From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 26 through Oct. 30, the town’s recreation center will host early voting for the upcoming general election, according to a statement on the town’s website.

The recreation center is at Apple Valley Town Hall, 14955 Dale Evans Parkway.

Voting at all Apple Valley polling places will take place Oct. 31-Nov. 2  from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and on election day,  Nov. 3,  from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. To register to vote, or to find your polling place, visit www.sbcountyelections.com or call (909) 387-8300.

Residents are encouraged to vote by Oct. 19, but anyone may conditionally register to vote and cast a provisional ballot in person at any time up to and including election day.

Because of COVID-19, all California registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot beginning Oct 5, according to the statement.
