Hyundai of Moreno Valley will hold a job fair Jan. 18 to fill approximately 35 positions.
The event will be held from 9-11 a.m. at the Moreno Valley Employment Resource Center, 12625 Frederick St., K-3, according to a statement released Thursday.
It’s being sponsored by Hire Mo Val, a city program designed to get local businesses to hire Moreno Valley residents. The dealership, which is being built at 27500 Eucalyptus Ave. near the Stoneridge Towne Center, is scheduled to open next month, according to a statement released by the city.
Applications are being accepted for several positions, including sales people, service advisors, finance and new vehicle managers and comptroller.
Hire Mo Val has recently held similar events in connection with amazon.com, Supreme Truck Bodies, Aldi Foods and Karma Automotive.
Hyundai of Moreno Valley will be the first automobile dealership to locate in the city in more than 12 years, Mayor Yxstian A. Gutierrez said in the statement.
Applicants are encouraged to bring a resume and “dress for success.” For more information contact the city’s economic development department at (951) 413-3460 or by email at [email protected].
