America Business Bank has approved its third stock repurchase program in the past year.
The plan, approved by ABB’s board of directors Sept. 1, allows the bank to buy back up to $21 million of its common stock, according to a statement on ABB’s website.
That amounts to approximately 288,555 shares, or 3.25 percent of the bank’s outstanding shares. The program is subject to regulatory approval.
ABB completed its first stock repurchase program in August 2025, when 227,541 shares were repurchased. Its second stock repurchase, in August, involved 123,064 shares.
The Los Angeles-based bank nine loan production offices throughout Southern California, including locations in Ontario and Riverside, according to the statement.
