Bank complex will become autism treatment center

A former banking complex in Riverside has been purchased by a company that offers intervention services and early treatment for autistic children.

Dream Big Children’s Center paid $1.4 million for the structures at 6876 Magnolia St., according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive Real Estate represented the owner of the building, Financial Partners Credit Union. The property consists of four one-story buildings that combined cover 8,600-square-feet and a courtyard.

This will be Dream Big’s fourth Inland Empire property. The company also operates in Ontario, Monrovia, and Rancho Mirage. It expects to open the Riverside facility early next year, according to the statement.

Progressive Real Estate specializes in retail transactions, both lease and sales, in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, according to the website.
