The Boeing Company has signed a three-year agreement to rent space at the Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville.
The Chicago-based aerospace company has signed a $1.8 million lease with the airport that covers 90,000 square feet of hangar space and 10,000 square feet of office space, according to a report published in The Press-Enterprise.
The agreement includes three options of three years each that would raise the value of the contract to $12 million should Boeing exercise those options, according to the report.
The logistics airport is a 2,500-acre aviation and air cargo facility that is being developed at the former George Air Force Base.
