A maker of construction materials has leased a 119,000-square-foot industrial building in Fontana.
Tremco Inc., a subsidiary of Tremco Construction Products Group in Beachwood, Ohio, has signed a 10-year lease on the property at 7630 Cherry Ave. and will use it mostly for distribution, according to Dermody Properties, the property’s owner.
“We are pleased to welcome Tremco as our newest customer in Southern California,” said Matt Mexia, partner in Southern California for Dermody Properties, in a statement. “The ease of access to Interstate 15, State Route 210 and Interstate 10, coupled with a variety of amenities in the immediate area, made this property a very attractive location.”
Cushman & Wakefield Ontario was the leasing agent. Financial terms of the lease, and move-in date, were not disclosed
Dermody Properties is a privately-owned real estate investment, development, and management firm based in Reno, Nev. It buys, sells, and develops logistics properties for e-commerce fulfillment centers, third-party logistics and distribution customers, according to the statement.
