Cecilia “Toni” Callicott has been named 2025’s Woman of Distinction by States Sen. Eloise Gomez Reyes, D-San Bernardino.
Callicott, president of the San Bernardino Water Board, is a longtime supporter of improving the quality of life in and around San Bernardino by preserving water resources, according to a statement released by the San Bernardino Water Board.
A 26-year board member, Callicott has served as chair of the San Bernardino Civil Service Commission, and San Bernardino County’s the Juvenile Justice Commission.
She has also been president of the Arrowhead United Way, and chief executive officer of the Inland Empire Chapter of the American Red Cross.
“The Women of Distinction have dedicated their lives to lifting up our communities,” said Gomez Reyes in the statement. “We recognize their hard work, and honor their contributions.”
