Car wash property sold

A 3,600-square-foot property in Corona occupied by a Quick Quack Car Wash has been sold.

The parcel at 850 N. Main St. was sold by a private developer to a private investor, both from Southern California, for $4.4 million, according to SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group in Newport Beach.

SRS and DAUM Commercial represented the seller and buyer, respectively. Neither party in the transaction, which is part of a $19 million break-up strategy SRS is conducting on behalf of the seller, wished to be identified.

The one-acre parcel is part of Parkridge Plaza which covers nearly 12,500 square feet at  West Parkridge Avenue and North Main Street. Other tenants include Raising Cane’s, Roll Em Up Taquitos, and the Habit Burger.

Parkridge Plaza is near Gateway Town Center, North Main Plaza, and Corona Hills Plaza.
