CBRE secures four leases at Shea Center

Four companies have leased a combined 731,712 square feet of industrial space in Corona.

Columbia Aluminum Products, Tyger Auto, Mascot International Logistics and Web Deal Direct have agreed to occupy the space at Shea Center West, which was completed earlier this year, according to a statement released by CBRE.

All four tenants were represented by brokerages whose names were not released. CRBE represented the landlord, Shea Property in Aliso Viejo.

Lease terms were not disclosed.

The complex, which is now fully leased, is at 1150-1170 W. Rincon St., within three miles of the Interstate 15-State Route 91 interchange.

Despite COVID-19, the Inland Empire industrial market remains red hot. Six point seven million square feet of space was absorbed during the third quarter of this year, the most since 2010. Also, 160 leases and user sales were completed, well above the 97 per-quarter average of the last 10 years, according to CBRE.
