CEO Coach’s book performs well

A book written by the man who became known as “The CEO Coach” in the Inland Empire racked up solid sales during its first day on the market.

“Know Your Next Move” by the late Ruben Estrada sold 907 copies between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. Thursday on Amazon.com, the first time it was available anywhere, said Lori Estrada, Ruben’s widow.

More sales numbers were not available, but Estrada believes she’s likely reached her goal of selling 2,000 copies of her husband’s book during its first day on the market.

“We only expected to sell 400 to 500 copies during the first few hours, so at that rate we probably reached 2,000,” Estrada said.

Amazon.com also listed “Know Your Next Move” as a best seller in several categories – including industries and professions, information management and office automation- during its first day on the market.

“That’s another reason to think we probably hit our goal,” Estrada said of the book, which her husband finished a few days before he died. “We felt very good about how the day went, because we were surging up.”

Estrada launched the 212-page book, which can only be purchased online, exactly one year to the day that her husband died of cancer.

Ruben Estrada founded Estrada Strategies in 2000. The Ontario-based company helps businesses, usually small to medium-sized companies, improve their operations and increase their revenue stream.
