Chamber to Host State of the City Address

The Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce will again host the annual State of the City Address, scheduled for Feb. 23.

An estimated 500 people are expected to attend this year’s address, which will be held at the Lewis Family Playhouse, 12505 Cultural Center Drive, according to a statement.

This will be the first year the event will be held in the evening instead of at an afternoon luncheon, a change that is expected to increase the audience by about 200 people, said Shamica Kelly, an administrative assistant with the chamber.

Registration and networking will begin at 5 p.m., with Mayor L. Dennis Michael expected to deliver his remarks around 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $60 each, and sponsorships at various price levels are also available.

The venue is part of the Victoria Gardens Cultural Center.
