Moreno Valley is trying to make life a little easier for developers and business owners.
The city has launched SimpliCITY, a web-based system that allows anyone to track the status of building safety permits, code compliance cases, planning projects and other business-related issues before the city, according to a statement.
The system is available on the city’s website, www.movalley.org. Available 24 hours a day seven days a week, SimpliCITY allows users to get project information by date, address, parcel number or project record number.
Later this year, SimpliCITY will be combined with Moreno Valley’s development services record tracking system. The result will provide automation of everything involved in the development and municipal code process, including applications, permits, inspections and cashiering, according to the statement.
