Coffee drive-thru sells for $1.9 million

A drive-thru coffee restaurant in Beaumont has been sold for $1.9 million.

Dutch Bros. Coffee Drive-Thru opened April 28 at Highland Springs Avenue and 8th Street and was sold the next day, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors in Corona del Mar.

Hanley Investment represented Evergreen Development, the project’s developer and seller. Triwell Properties Inc. in Torrance represented the buyer, a private investor in Riverside whose name was not released.

The 920-square-foot building sold for cash while it was under construction, said Bill Asher, executive vice president with Hanley Investment, in the statement.

Nearby retailers include  Walmart, Kohl’s, The Home Depot, Albertsons, and ALDI.

Found in 1992, Dutch Bros. Is a publicly traded company based in Grants Pass, Oregon. At the end of 2022, it operated 671 restaurants in 14 states.

Hanley Investments has negotiated the sale of three other Dutch Bros. restaurants in the last 90 days, according to the statement.
