Corona shopping center sold

A 20,000-square-foot shopping center in Corona has been sold.

Pacific Petroleum Inc. bought Main Street Village from LJZ Corona LLC for $7.8 million, according to a statement released April 16 by CBRE.

Main Street Village is at 135-265 E. Ontario Ave. Built in 2005, its tenants include Mr You Chinese, Main St. Deli, Yogurtland, Finest Nails, Crave Coffee & Tea, and Tasteful Cakes.

“Main Street Village offered a strategic investment opportunity, said Alan Krueger, senior vice president with CBRE, in the statement. “It boasts an exceptional tenant retention history, with over 90 percent of the tenants choosing to remain at this location for more than a decade.”

More than 118,000 residents within an average annual household income of more than $120,000 live within a three-mile radius of Main Street Village, according to CBRE.

  1. I hope nothing changes, I love that complex. You can go there and get an Ice coffee, then lunch ( great Chinese food) and then a dessert at Tasteful Cakes. Then after all that go get my nails done all in one convenient place close to my home.
