Corona shopping center sold

A grocery-store anchored shopping center in Corona has been sold.

Sierra Del Oro Towne Centre covers 110,485 square feet at 2621-2721 Green River Road and is fully occupied, according to Hanley Investment Group in Corona Del Mar.

Hanley Investment represented the seller, Cincinnati-based Phillips Edison & Company, Inc., owner and operator of grocery-anchored shopping centers nationwide. Newmark represented the buyer, a private investor in Northern California whose name was not released.

Cost of the transaction was not disclosed.

Sierra Del Oro is occupied by Ralph’s and Dollar Tree. Other tenants include Anytime Fitness, Chase Bank, Jack in the Box, Domino’s Pizza, Wingstop, Green River Montessori, Kumon Math and Fantastic Sans.

Seventy two percent of the tenants at Sierra Del Oro have been there since at least 2011, according to Hanley Investment.
