County candidates may start pulling papers 

Candidates for offices in Riverside and San Bernardino counties may begin pulling candidate papers today for the Nov. 6 general election.

All documents must be filed by 5 p.m. Aug. 10, but if an incumbent does not file the deadline for that office is automatically extended to 5 p.m. Aug. 15.

Staff with the Registrar of Voters in both counties are available to answer questions and help candidates fill out their paperwork.
