Cal State San Bernardino has signed a memorandum of understand with Sejong University in Korea.
The five-year agreement looks to raise the international profile of both institutions through academic transfers, student, faculty and staff exchange programs and research projects, according to a statement on Cal State San Bernardino’s website.
“This agreement reflects CSUSB’s commitment to cultivating a global academic community,” said Tomas D. Morales, president of Cal State State San Bernardino, in the statement. “[It] will provide our students, faculty and staff with opportunities to engage in cultural exchange and academic collaboration.
“By working together, we can better prepare our students to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.”
Sejong University is a private institution in Seoul, South Korea. It has nine colleges and seven graduate schools, according to the statement.
