CVB Financial Corp. in Ontario has announced a 20 cents-per-share dividend for the first quarter of 2023.
That dividend, approved Wednesday by CVB’s board of directors at the board’s regularly scheduled meeting, will be payable on or about April 19 to all shareholders of record on April 5, according to a statement on CVB’s website.
This is the 134th consecutive quarter CVB Financial – the holding company of Citizens Business Bank – has turned a profit for its shareholders. It is one of the 10 largest bank holding companies based in California and has more than $16 billion in assets, according to the statement.
