CVB Financial Corp. has announced a cash dividend of 14 cents per share for the third quarter of this year.
The Ontario-based financial institution has now paid a dividend to its shareholders for 112 consecutive quarters, said Christopher D. Myers, CVB Financial’s president and chief executive officer, in a statement.
The dividend was approved at CVB Financial’s regular board of directors meeting Wednesday. It will be payable on or about Oct. 19 to all shareholders of record on Oct. 4, according to the statement.
CVB Financial Corp., the holding company for Citizens Business Bank, is the ninth-largest bank holding company based in California. It operates 52 banks and three trust offices throughout Southern and Central California and has assets of approximately $8.4 billion, according to the statement.
