Ontario-based CVB Financial Corp., the holding company of Citizens Business Bank, has reported net earnings of $50.9 million for the fourth quarter of 2024.
That was down slightly from the third quarter – $51.2 million – but above the $48.5 million in earnings the company posted one year earlier, according to CVB Financial’s most recent quarterly earnings report.
Earnings per share were 36 cents for the fourth quarter, compared with 37 cents for the third quarter and 35 for the same period last year. The fourth quarter of 2024 was CVB Financial’s 191st consecutive profitable quarter.
For all of 2024, CVB Financial reported net income of $200.7 million, compared with $221.4 million in 2023. Earnings per share were $1.44 for the year ended, compared with $1.59 for 2023, CVB Financial reported.
