CVB Financial Corp. has announced a dividend of 20 cents per share for the fourth quarter of 2023.
The dividend, approved last month by the bank’s board of directors, was the 137th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Ontario-based financial institution, according to a statement on its website.
It will be payable on or about Jan. 22 to all shareholders of record as of Jan. 5.
CVB Financial Corp., the holding company for Citizens Business Ban, is one of the 10 largest bank holding companies based in California with approximately $16 billion in assets. Citizens Business Bank is ranked among the top-performing banks in the nation, with more than 60 banking centers and three trust offices in California, according to the statement.
