CVB Financial Corp. in Ontario has announced a 20-cent-per-share dividend for the second quarter of 2023.
The dividend will be payable on or about July 20 to all shareholders of record as of July 6, according to a statement.
Board members approved the payment earlier this month.
This is the 135th consecutive quarter that CVB Financial, the holding company of Citizens Business Bank, has paid a dividend to its shareholders.
CVB Financial’s common stock is traded on NASDAQ. It’s one of the 10 largest bank holding companies based in California, with $16 billion-plus in assets and more than 60 bank offices statewide, according to the statement.
