Ontario-based CVB Financial Corp., the parent company of Citizens Business Bank, will announce its first-quarter results later this month.
Management will hold a conference call at 7:30 a.m. Pacific time April 25 to discuss those results, according to a statement.

Last week, CVB Financial announced a dividend of 18 cents per share for the first quarter, which ended March 31. CVB Financial has now paid a dividend to its shareholders for 118 consecutive quarters, according to a statement.
