Kohl’s has donated $70,000 to the Autism Society Inland Empire.
The recently announced donation, is part of $8 million in gifts the Wisconsin-based department store chain is making to more than 150 U.S. nonprofits during the holiday season, according to a statement.
Grants range from $10,000 to $100,000.
Other recipients. include the American Cancer Society, the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the American Heart Association and multiple food banks nationwide.
“Hand-selected by our associates, the more than 150 nonprofits selected exemplify what it means to serve others and we are proud to provide support that will enable them to expand their efforts,” said Greg Revelle, Kohl’s chief marketing officer, in the statement.
