Dermody Properties has leased a building to an undisclosed tenant at its LogistiCenter at Eastvale.
The tenant, described only as a Fortune 500 company, will occupy building 6 at the project, according to a statement released earlier this week.
At the tenant’s request, lease terms also were not disclosed, a company spokesperson said.
LogistiCenter at Eastvale is a Class A warehouse-distribution operation that covers 47 acres distribution and warehouse center consisting of a six-building logistics park totaling 1,057,419 square feet at Archibald and Limonite avenues.
Building 6, the largest building in the six-structure development, covers 501,649 square feet.
Buildings 1 and 5 were leased last year, while buildings 2, 3 and 4 remain on the market.
“Class A warehouse space in the Inland Empire is very competitive and hard to secure for logistics users,” said Matt Mexia, a partner with Dermody Properties, in the statement. “We were able to offer … an ideal location in the Inland Empire west.”
LogistiCenter at Eastvale is near Ontario International Airport and offers immediate access to both Interstate-15 and the 60 Freeway.
Reno-based Dermody Properties is a privately-owned real estate investment, development and management firm that deals exclusively in industrial properties.
