A Class A Riverside office building has been sold for $13.1 million.
The property, at 2280 Market St., sold to a California-based business whose name was not released, according to Dornin Investment Group, the building’s seller.
Dornin investment, a real estate firm with offices in Laguna Beach and Las Vegas, has now sold its five-building office portfolio in Riverside for $59.4 million.
The structure has three stories, covers 65,380 square feet and was 68 percent leased when it was sold. Dornin Investment recently renovated the lobby, common areas and landscaping and built two speculative office suites.
CBRE Orange County sold the building while Lee & Associates Riverside provided landlord leasing services.
“The property’s excellent freeway access at the gateway to downtown Riverside, combined with Dornin Investment’s creative approach to addressing prospective tenants needs, kept leasing momentum moving forward while other Riverside properties struggle through the COVID-19 environment,” said Tom Pierik, senior vice president with Lee & Associates Riverside, said in the statement.
