Guy Eisenbrey has been named Apple Valley’s town manager.
An eight-year Apple Valley employee, Eisenbrey was appointed unanimously by the town council March 24, according to a statement on the town’s website.
Currently the assistant town manager, Eisenbrey is schedule to begin his new duties April 1.
“Guy has been an integral part of our team and our progress,” said Mayor Scott Nassif in the statement. “His leadership, institutional knowledge, and genuine investment in this community made him the clear choice. The council is confident in his ability to guide Apple Valley into its next chapter.”
Eisenbrey is recognized for his leadership, emphasis working with employees, and his commitment to customer service, according to the statement.
He replaces Todd Bodem, who stepped down earlier this month after three months on the job to attend to personal matters, according to reports.
