Hesperia’s Redevelopment Review Committee will discuss extending for the fourth time a project at Hesperia Civic Plaza Park.
Plans calls for construction of a restroom-concession building that would cover 700 square feet, as well as shuffle board and bocce ball facilities and table for chess and reading, according to report originally published in the Victorville Daily Press.
The project was postponed for the third time last year. There is no funding for the project now, but city officials want to make sure that it remains approved until funding can be arranged, according to the report.
Civic Plaza Park was built in 2008. The review committee will discus the extension during its regular meeting, scheduled to be held 10 a.m. at City Hall, 9700 Seventh Ave.
