A Filipino restaurant chain will open its first Rancho Cucamonga restaurant.
The Noypitz Bar and Grill will occupy 9,100 square feet at Foothill Marketplace, a shopping center anchored by Walmart and Food 4 Less, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Terms of the 10-year lease were not disclosed.
The sit-down restaurant, which is expected to open early next year, will be Noypitz’s fifth restaurant and its first in the Inland Empire.
Progressive, which specializes in small to medium-sized retail transactions in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Equity California Real Estate represented Noypitz.
Foothill Marketplace covers 550,000 square feet across at 12449-12899 Foothill Blvd. across from Victoria Gardens. Its other tenants include Living Spaces, Guitar Center, and Mor Furniture.
Located near Interstate 15, an estimated 150,000 vehicles per day pass by the shopping center, according to Progressive.
Will there be band in the restaurant like the rest of Noypitz outlets?
I want to audition my band.
Also, how much would it be to be a co-owner?
