Fontana coffee drive-thru sold

A Dutch Bros. Coffee Drive-Thru in Fontana has been sold for $2.3 million.

The 871-square-foot restaurant sits on nearly half an acre at 17010 South Highland Ave. in the Highland Village Shopping Center, according to Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors in Corona Del Mar.

The seller was Adler Realty Investments in Woodland Hills, which developed the shopping center in phases in 2018 and 219. The buyer was a private investor in Los Angeles whose name was not released.

Hanley Investment represented both parties in the transaction.

Dutch Bros. was built last year.  Located at Highland and Sierra avenues, Dutch Bros. is near Raising Cane’s, Jack in the Box, Quick Quack Car Wash, and Jersey Mike’s, among other tenants.

Hanley Investment has now sold nine properties at Highland Village for a combined $43.1 million, according to the statement.

Founded in 1992, the Dutch Bros. Chain is based in Grants Pass, Oregon. The company had 671 locations in 14 states, mostly in the western United States, as of the end of last year, according to the company’s website.
