Fontana is accepting applications for its housing rehabilitation program.
The program, administered by the city’s housing department, provides grants and zero interest deferred loans up to $25,000 for the restoration of owner occupied, single-family dwellings in Fontana, according to a statement on the city’s website.
Repairs paid for by the program include replacing windows and doors, installing new air conditioning systems, replacing roofs, upgrading floors and kitchen cabinets and remodeling bathrooms.
