Gasoline prices in Southern California continue to drop.
The average price of a gallon of gasoline in Riverside and San Bernardino counties has fallen 36.3 cents during the past 38 days, including nearly one cent over the past weekend, according to multiple reports.
As of Monday, motorists in the Inland Empire were paying an average of $3.12 for one gallon of gasoline, according to the reports, which cited data from the Automobile Association of America and the Oil Price Information Service.
In Los Angeles County, the average price fell for 39 consecutive days as of Monday following 34 straight days of increases, leaving the region with an average price of $3.14 per gallon.
In Orange County, gas prices were down 39 consecutive days as of Monday following a 33-day streak of increases. The average price of a gallon of gasoline there was $3.10 a gallon, the reports stated.
