A Mobil gas station, convenience store and car wash in Colton have been sold for $5.2 million.
Purchase of the facility at 130 W. Valley Blvd. included the businesses and the property they’re located on, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Buyer and seller are both Inland Empire private investors who wished to remain anonymous.
The seller owned the property at La Cadena Street and Valley Boulevard for more than 30 years, and the buyer plans to renovate the convenience store and make other improvements to to the site.
Progressive represented both parties in the sale negotiations.
The Mobil station has 16 gas/diesel fueling stations, an express car wash and a 924-square – foot Mobil Mart convenience store. A Stater Bros. grocery store is across the street, and other nearby businesses include Dennys, Starbucks, McDonalds and a U.S. Post Office.
