Golf course sells for $4.6 million

Cross Creek Golf Club in Temecula has been sold for $4.6 million.

The transaction includes both the golf course and the business entity associated with it, Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga announced Tuesday.

Progressive marketed the property near Interstate 15 and represented the seller, ANB Enterprises, a private investment firm.

The buyer, Ken Tina LLC, in Temecula, was represented by Seaway Properties Real Estate in Temecula.

The 18-hole golf course at 43860 Glen Meadows Road covers 166 acres. The buyer plans to upgrade the clubhouse, golf course, and possibly add facilities for hosting weddings and special events.

Touchstone Golf Management in Austin, Texas, which manages more than 35 golf courses in the western United States has been hired to manage Cross Creek, according to the statement.
