Citizens Business Bank has raised $60,000 for charities through its annual charity golf tournament.
The Ontario-based bank’s 30th annual Charity Golf Classic, held in June at Yorba Linda Country Club, raised money for Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo, United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County, St. Joseph Hospital in Orange and the Providence Speech and Hearing Center, also in Orange, according to a statement released last week.
“The Charity Golf Classic is an important event designed to support the community and non-profit organizations in the greater Orange County area,” said Christopher D. Myers, president and chief executive officer of Citizens Business Bank, in a statement. “We thank our valued customers and business partners for assisting us in raising money and awareness for these worthy organizations.”
Citizens Business Bank is the largest financial institution based in the Inland Empire. It has approximately $7.7 billion in assets and serves 43 cities in Southern and Central California, according to the statement.
