Hawaiian seafood chain to open in Chino

A fast-casual restaurant that serves Hawaiian seafood is coming to the Town Center at The Preserve in Chino.

Poki Bowl plans to open a 1,385-square-foot restaurant at Main Street and Pine Ave, perhaps by this summer, according to Upland-based Lewis Retail Centers.

Lewis Retail developed the 146,000-square-foot town center.

The restaurant will be Poki Bowl’s 13th in California and third in the Inland Empire. It is expected to employ about 10 people, and will be located between Kenwood Kitchen & Tap and The Great Greek restaurant.

The town center’s first phase is anchored by a Stater Bros. that opened in September. Other tenants include Panera Bread, Chipotle, Nekter Juice Bar; Aspire Salon Studios and a UPS Store.
