High Desert bank building sold

Faris Lee Investments has completed the sale of a U.S. Bank branch office in Hesperia.

The building, at 14075 Main St., sold for $3.2 million, according to a statement released Tuesday.

Hesperia-Main Street LLC, a private investment firm in Los Angeles, was the seller. The buyer was a private investor, also in Los Angeles, whose name was not released.

Built in 2007, the building sits on less than one acre. It’s on an outparcel to The Shops at Topaz, one of the larger shopping centers in that part of the High Desert.

Faris Lee Senior Managing Director Nicholas Coo and Director Joseph Chichester represented the seller in the negotiations.

The sale price was $911 per square foot, the most ever paid for a bank-occupied single-tenant building in the High Desert, according to the statement.
