Grandmarc at University Village, a student housing community near UC Riverside, has been sold.
The 212-unit luxury facility at 3549 Iowa Road sold for $44.1 million, or $208,018 per unit, CBRE Group Inc. announced Monday.
The buyer was Harmonia Hopkins, a Maryland-based investor in student housing. Hopkins plans to manage the property with the Preiss Co., a North Carolina business that specializes in off-campus housing, according to a statement.
CBRE represented the seller, whose name was not released.
