Scott Hildebrandt has been named chief strategy officer at Albert A. Webb Associates, a Riverside civil engineering firm.
The first person in the history of the company to hold that title, Hildebrandt will provide input and ideas to WEBB”s executive committee, which develops strategies and establishes policy, according to a statement on the company’s website.
Hildebrandt, who has worked for WEBB for 30 years, will remain an account manager and be responsible for several major clients. He will conduct research and also work closely with Chief Executive Officer Matthew Webb in the creation of the firm’s long-term and short-term goals, according to the statement.
