Homes planned for Moreno Valley

KB  Homes will build 159 homes in Moreno Valley.

Bella Cortina will consist of one and two-story structures that will range from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet, according to a statement.

Prices will start around $350,000. A timeline for development was not released.

Bella Cortina will be built in the Rancho Belago section of the city, a short drive from downtown Riverside. The project will be near UC Riverside, Stoneridge Towne Center and Moreno Valley Plaza, among other destinations.

As with all KB Homes developments, houses at Bella Cortina will be water and energy-efficient and environmental friendly, according to the statement.
