Two popular ski resorts in San Bernardino County are for sale.
Snow Summit Ski Corp., which owns Snow Summit and Bear Mountain Resorts, has been put on the market with no minimum price attached to it, according to a published report.
The company’s board of directors has hired Houlihan Lokey, an international banking firm, to market the ski properties in the San Bernardino Mountains.
Board members put the company up for sale at the urging of several shareholders, according to the report.
The names of several potential buyers, including Destination Disney, which operates five resorts, have been mentioned in connection with the San Bernardino properties.
No deal is imminent, according to the report.
