A recently completed industrial building in Rialto is available for lease.
The 411,300-square-foot warehouse-distribution facility is part of a four-building complex developed by Dermody Properties in Reno, Nev., a real estate investment, development and management company focused exclusively on logistics, according to a statement.
The structure, at 1642 W. Miro Way, covers 19 acres and is part of the Rialto Renaissance Business Park. It has more than 2,300 square feet of office space, 244 auto parking stalls and 75 trailer stalls.
Dan de la Paz, David Consani and Jim Koenig of CBRE are the leasing agents for the property.
The business park is home to several nationally known corporate clients, including Amazon, Target, Under Armour, Niagara Bottling and Medline Industries, according to the statement.
