A 15-acre apartment community in Menifee is leasing and offering virtual tours.
Artesa at Menifee Town Center will include 37 two and three-story walk-up apartment buildings of one, two and three stories, according to a statement.
The buildings, designed to look like a Spanish Mission, range from 822 to 1,322 square feet. Located at 30414 Town Center Driver near Interstate 215, Artesa will have a resort-style pool, a clubhouse with a sports TV wall, two fitness centers, Wi-Fi access, barbecue area, outdoor lounge with a fireplace a playground and a dog park.
“Connectivity is such a big priority for apartment residents and they’ll find it in abundance at Artesa at Menifee Town Center,” said Craig Jones, president of MBK Rental Living in Irvine, the project’s developer. “The long list of community amenities and the walkable and vibrant ‘urban’ environment provide that connectivity and support a lifestyle of greater possibility.”
