Industrial building slated for Rancho Cucamonga

Construction has begun on Arrow Business Center, a 49,291-square-foot industrial building in Rancho Cucamonga.

The Class-A warehouse distribution facility, which is being developed at 11770 Arrow Route, is expected to be ready for occupancy in September, according to a statement.

The project is less than a mile and a half from Interstate 15 and less than five miles from Ontario International Airport. Its cost was not disclosed.

“This project stands out … because of how rare it is to find a prime infill location like this in a high-demand submarket that has seen an extensive amount of development over the last decade,” said Jon Kelly, vice president for development at Core5, in the statement.

Atlanta-based Core5 Industrial Partners and MBK Industrial Properties in Irvine are developing Arrow Business Center, which is being built without a signed tenant.

KW Commercial, a subsidiary of Keller Williams Realty Inc., is marketing the property, according to the statement.
