A 60,000-square-foot industrial building in Temecula has been sold and will be used for manufacturing and distribution.
The structure sits on 1.2 acres about one mile from the Winchester Road on/off ramp, according to the San Diego office of Avison Young, a commercial reals estate brokerage.
Avison Young represented the seller, a local investment company that was not named.
The buyer, a private investor represented by Kidder Matthews, also was not named.
The building was constructed in 2006. It includes multi-story office space and sold for $7.4 million, according to the statement released Thursday.
