An industrial portfolio that includes buildings in Chino and Pomona has been sold.
Proficiency Capital LLC in Los Angeles recently bought McGee Business Center, which consists of one business park in each of those cities, according to a statement.
The Chino facility at 12301-12395 Mills Ave. includes five buildings that combined cover 102,000 square feet. It features 71 industrial suites, 3,300 square feet that are home to regional and local tenants.
The Pomona facility is at 2300 S. Reservoir St. It is made up four industrial buildings that combined cover nearly 130,000 square feet.
Both projects were purchased with a $32.2 million acquisition loan, according to the statement.
