An Orange County company that develops industrial facilities has started construction on two projects in Chino.
Euclid Industrial Park and Chino Commerce Park are under construction at separate locations and will cover about 640,000 square feet when they’re finished, according to a statement released by Alere Property Group LLC in Newport Beach.
“Alere is excited to bring two new highly efficient and aesthetically appealing warehouse parks to Chino,” said Clark Neuhoff, Alere Property’s chief development officer. “Euclid Industrial Park and Chino Commerce Park are the results of strong public and private partnership to design and construct scaled projects that support the local business community.”
Euclid Industrial Park is being built at the northeast corner of Bickmore and Euclid avenues. It will consist of eight warehouse buildings that range from 13,050 to 206,118 square feet and is expected to be completed in about one year.
Chino Commerce Park will consist of four buildings that will cover 266,348 square feet. The project is under construction at the northwest corner of East End Avenue and County Road and is expected to be completed in May.
Alere owns more than 20 million square feet of industrial space in the Inland Empire, according to the statement.
That’s all good, I have lived in Chino over 40 years and our streets are falling apart, yet Chino continue to grow. We need new paved streets NOW!!
